Come hear from a panel of seasoned Nagarathar investors who have invested in various types of real estate with a combined average experience of 20+ years. This will be a unique session where we hear first-hand their experiences describing what worked and what did not work.
The Session will start with an outline of various types of investment vehicles and structures available in Real Estate and briefly cover some basic concepts and terminology.
Mark Chockalingam from Boston will moderate the Panel of experts to discuss the risk-reward tradeoffs, market conditions, and key factors that drive the investment decisions and exit (sell) strategies.

Dr. Jawahar Palaniappan has been investing in residential Real Estate since 1985. He owns apartment complexes, single family homes, townhomes and condos in Ohio and Florida and manages with his own in-house team of associates.
Pethachi Pichappan, founder of Nanben and Real-Estate Team lead, has been investing in Commercial Real Estate and Real-Estate syndicates since 2005.
Ashok Sethu is a successful tech entrepreneur turned real estate investor. He has been investing in residential rentals for several years and recently expanded to flip homes, commercial real estate, and investing with other real estate syndicates as Limited Partner (LP).
Sundar Chockalingam, President of NSNA during the DC term is a well-diversified real estate investor in Townhomes, single family homes and commercial real estate.
