Senthil Venkatachalam, Northern Virginia
Hosted by Nanben Mark Chockalingam, Boston, MA
Nov 5th Sat (11 AM EST/8 AM PST)
Options as a financial instrument are slightly esoteric and are a double edged sword with significant risks.
Knowing the risks is essential before attempting to trade options. Although the returns could be huge, the downside loss could be a complete loss of the investment.
NANBEN will be offering a three part series on Equity and Index Options.
In Part 1 of this series, Senthil Venkatachalam from Northern Virginia will walk you through the basics of options: how they work, pay-off profiles, risks, and cover some basic options strategies.
Senthil Venkatachalam works in IT security and is based in Northern VA where he lives with his wife and two sons. He has dabbled in options for several years and felt the sharp edge of the options sword a few times. He has however, survived by the skin of his teeth, and lived to tell the tale. Senthil is a graduate of BITS Pilani and has an MSEE from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
We encourage you to attend this webinar and learn the Do's and Don'ts of Option trading.
